Minimum Rental Period: one day

Age Requirements: Minimum rental age is 22 years old for car groups economy, compact, intermediate and 27 years for car groups fullsize, automatic, cabrio, mini bus.

Maximum rental age is 70 years old.

Cross Border Policy: Cross border rentals are not allowed unless the customer make an agreement with our company to ferry the car to and from an island.

License Requirements: The driver has to be in possession of a valid driving license for at least one year and with no major endorsements. International renters must present a valid license from their country of residence. If the drivers license is in a language other than english, an international drivers permit is required in conjunction with  the country of residence drivers license.

One Way Rentals: Are allowed upon request.

Payment Policy: Acceptable methods of payment are:credit cards allowed (mastercard, visa)or cash.

Refueling Policy: Vehicles are hired out with full, half or ¼ of tank and expected to be brought back as hired. No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

Wrong Fuel: if client used the wrong fuel when filling the car will be charged for the full amount of the repair cost.

Special Equipment:

Car Replacement in case of a breakdown or accident in case of the unfortunate event of an accident, your car will be replaced will another same or bigger size.

Cancellation policy: When you prepay a reservation our policy regarding cancellations is that they must be made by e-mail/by telephone. Your written cancellation request must be received within a minimum of  20 days notice in advance of the start date of the rental (the hole amount of the reservation will be returned). For cancellations 20 days less prior to rental period start, we will return you the money of the reservation reduced by 15% of the total mount.

Delivery/Collection:

Delivery/pick up is free of charge at Heraklion and Chania airport parking, Heraklion port, Hotels, apartments.

Meeting point:

Meet and Greet: In arrivals hall with our company name on the sign or with your name on the sign or in the car park or other specific place.

Flight Information:

If booking a car for collection at an airport location please ensure that you provide a flight number for your arrival. If you do not provide a flight number and you are late then it is possible your booking maybe canceled.

Road assistance:

24/7 Assistance is available for you. Our help center will receive your calls and we try to help you in the best way.

Additional drivers:

Second driver is free of charge.

Other fees and taxes:

Lost of Key: Loss of car keys or vehicle documents will be charged.

Driver negligence

Any Damage caused to the vehicle caused by the driver's negligence (burnt clutch, damage due to the driving on unsurfaced roads, parking the car on high sidewalk curbs etc) will be charged to the client for the full amount of the repair cost.

Parking and speeding fines will be charged to the client.

Condition of vehicle interior-if the vehicle is returned in an unacceptable state and the interior of the vehicle is unacceptably dirty and in need of extra cleaning or repair costs (cigarette burns on seating) then the customer will be charge the full amount of the repair cost.

When accidents happen:

The nearest police station must be informed and an accident report obtained. Without this report the renter is responsible for the full amount of the repairs. With this report the renter responsibility is eliminated. No unauthorized repairs should be made. Our company should be informed also very quickly.

Driving drunk or under the influence or drugs renders you responsible the amount of damage that may be incurred.

The insurance cover is not valid for damage in the case of the car being driven by an unnamed driver who has not provided proof of valid driving license and who is not named as the second driver. The vehicle must only be driven by the named renters themselves. Any accident or damage in this case is their responsibility and is not covered by the insurance.
